2 C Boiling water
2 (3 oz) Lemon Jello Mix
1 C crushed pineapple, drained, reserving juice
1 1/2 C Mini Marshmallows
2 Bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Chill until syrupy (20 minutes in the freezer) Add crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows and sliced bananas. Chill.

Topping:
Combine pineapple juice and cornstarch. Add sugar and beaten egg. Cook until thickened, about 1 minute. Let cool. Add whipping cream. Top Jello layer with topping layer and chill until ready to serve.
