Baby spinach, romaine lettuce
Black Berries
Strawberries – sliced
¼ C red onion diced
5 slices of cooked bacon and crumbled. (I have used the package bacon pieces in a bag)
¼ C candied walnuts. If you can’t find them, use honey roasted peanuts.
Feta Cheese

Vinaigrette Dressing
½ C strawberries
¼ C lime juice
¼ C extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp honey or Agave nectar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Combine and toss salad ingredients. Blend dressing ingredients in a blender or with a blend stick.
Pour dressing over salad and toss together.
