One lb Salmon Filet
1 tbsp Dijon or Grainy Mustard
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 c Panko Crumbs
1/4 c Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet
4. Combine mustard, maple syrup and brown sugar in a small bowl and whisk
5. Brush mixture onto salmon
6. Sprinkle salmon with panko crumbs and top with sliced almonds
7. Bake for 16 minutes or until salmon flakes
