1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped (crisp). Reserve 1/4 cup drippings
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup fl;our
32 oz chicken broth
1 can cream of chix broth
1 8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cups whipping cream
3 1/2 cups frozen corn
2 1/2 cups torkey or chicken
2 cups refridgerated or frozen hashbrowns
3/4 cups turkey gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veggies in drippings, medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Stir in the flour gradually til blended, gradually stir in broth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Then add soup, cream cheese, milk and cream. Mix well and stir in corn, turkey, and hashbrowns, gravy and 3/4 cups bacon. Reduce heat. Cook chowder, covered, on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard bay leaf. Can top with additional bacon
