1 12 oz package Reames frozen noodles (cooked per directions)
1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-size portions
1 large onion chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 14˝ oz can diced tomatoes (if available, use the basil, garlic and oregano diced tomatoes)
2 cups fresh basil
2 14˝ oz cans chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles per package directions and set aside.
2. In soup pot, sauté chicken pieces and onions in olive oil until onions are transparent and the chicken is cooked.
3. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for 1 minute more.
4. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
5. Heat until the mixture is boiling, then add the noodles and 2 cups of fresh basil.
6. Bring the mixture back to a boil and serve immediately. For added serving appeal, top off each bowl with Parmesan cheese and your favorite crackers.
