2 oz. 60% bittersweet dark chocolate, chop fine and melt
9 oz. confectioners sugar
1½ oz. cocoa powder
¼ tsp. salt
8 tbsps. butter, softened
¼ cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in microwave on high for 45 seconds, checking and stirring in 15 second increments.

In a separate bowl mix all ingredients except melted chocolate in a bowl on low speed for 20 seconds till it starts to come together. Increase speed to medium, scaping down sides of bowl until smooth. Add melted chocolate and mix on low speed until incorporated. Leave at room temperature 30-40 minutes to allow frosting to set up.
