4 chicken thighs
1 stick salted butter
2 to 4 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes seeds removed and diced

You can double the ingredients if you use a whole chicken cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a medium skillet. Cook chicken skin side down until brown. Place in a casserole dish and put in oven while making sauce. In the skillet with butter add garlic and tomatoes and cook until it makes a sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken and let bake about 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is done on the inside.
