1- 16 ounce box Pasta Penne
1- 32 ounce jar Pasta Sauce
24 ounces ricotta cheese
1 pound mozzarella cheese shredded
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley divided

Directions:
Directions:
1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and set aside in a large bowl. Add the egg, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup chopped parsley and 2/3 of the sauce. Mix until combined.

2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spoon in penne mixture. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce, followed by Parmesan cheese.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes; let stand for 15 minutes and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
