4 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 T. vinegar
3 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt brown sugar and butter in heavy frying pan. Add vinegar. Boil slowly to prevent scorching. Continue cooking till sample hardens and cracks and breaks in cold water. On thermometer registers 290⁰. Mixture will resemble heavy syrup. Pour at once over pecans, slowly, arranged on cookie sheet. Break slab in pieces when hard. ****Just enough syrup should be poured over nuts to lace them together. When cool melt Hershey bars and cover.
