2 oz. cream cheese, room temp
1/8 t. peppermint oil
1-2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
Food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Combine in bowl, mash cheese, add flavoring and coloring, mix in sugar. Knead with hands until like pie dough. Roll in balls, size of marbles. Place on side in small amount of granulated sugar. Press sugar side in mold. Unmold at once.
