4 Thinly sliced chicken breasts
11/2T Penzey's Cajun seasoning
2 T butter
1 thinly sliced bell pepper
1 thinly sliced onion
1 c sliced mushrooms
8 oz fettuccini

To prepare for Freezing:
1. Bag chicken in quart size freezer bag
2. Bag seasoning in a snack size baggie
3. Bag veggies in a gallon size freezer bag
4. Put all 3 bags in a gallon size freezer bag

Thaw in Refrigerator. Prepare pasta. Heat butter in a large skillet and cook chicken 5-7 minutes. Add veggies and sauté 3-5 minutes. ( Can sprinkle on more Cajun seasoning or salt & Pepper) Toss with cooked pasta. Serve

You can freeze the vegetable for this dish but fresh is better. So consider just freezing the chicken with the seasoning. Then adding the fresh vegetables when cooked.
