4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
flour to coat breasts


1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. butter
4 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. soya sauce
1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup green onions

Directions:
wash the chicken breasts pat dry and salt and pepper, dreg though flour and fry in med high pan coated in oil. when cooked take out of pan and keep warm.

In same pan sauté all of the next ingredients together, butter, garlic, vinegar, soya sauce, honey

Add chicken pieces back in and top with sauce.

top with green onions
