Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was Virginia Miller's very best – a creamy, smooth custard, typically stored in a large plastic pitcher, poured into dishes at the table and often served with Italian wedding cake. It was popular with everyone in the family. Following Mimi’s funeral Mary Ann made it and we all enjoyed it and shared stories of Mimi and how much we loved her.
