3 1/2 cups Saskatoon berries
1 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup white sugar
3 Tbsp. corn starch

2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
bring water and berries until boiling. (reduce water if using frozen berries).
Add mixed cornstarch and sugar and boil until clear *****(Stir constantly)*****
remove from heat add lemon juice and butter if desired.
