Risotto (depends on how many you are making this for so read instructions on the back of the package.
limoncello
chicken broth
lemon zest from one lemon
1/2 cup parmesan cheese or to taste

Directions:

fry 1 shallot in butter and then add risotto and prepare as per package except add 3-1 parts chicken stock and limoncello instead of water

when cooked, stir in zest of one lemon and 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
add salt and pepper to taste
