1t Vegetable Oil
4lb Pork shoulder roast
1C Barbeque Sauce
½C Apple Cider Vinegar
½C Chicken Broth
¼C Light Brown Sugar
1T Yellow Mustard
1T Worcestershire Sauce
1T Chili Powder
1 Laarge Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
8 Hamburger or Kaiser Buns, split
2T Butter or as needed.

1. Pour the vegetable oil into th4e bottom of a slow cooker. Place the pork roast into the slow cooker. in a large bowl, pour in the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth. Stir in the brown sugar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Chili powder, onion, and garlic. Mix well, and pour over the roast in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on High until the roast shreds easily with a fork, 5 to 6 hours.

2. While the roast is still in the slow cooker, shred the meat with two forks. Stir the shredded meat into the juices in the slow cooker.

3. Toast the buns and then spread the inside of both halves of hamburger buns with butter. Spoon the roasted pork onto the toasted buns.
