1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. Buttermilk or goat yogurt
1 tsp. baking soda (dissolved in buttermilk
Oil for the skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together in a medium bowl flour, sugar and salt. Beat in eggs. Add baking soda to buttermilk or yogurt and stir into the mix. Preheat pan and add a little oil. When hot, make 4-5” pancakes. Serve with sour cream or yogurt and jam.
