¾ c milk
¼ c water or broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup (onion or celery work too)

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix all above ingredients together and pour over thawed Porkchops or Chicken breast.
in baking dish. Cook for 35-45 minutes till meat is done. Serve with rice or potatoes
