1/2 c butter
1/4 c peanut butter
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 large bananas, mashed
1/2 c almond milk or whole milk
3/4 c milk chocolate chips
1/2 c coarsely chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a 2-dozen cupcake tin with paper liners.
Cream butter, peanut butter, and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add dry ingredients and slowly fold in, while adding mashed banana and milk.
Gently stir in chocolate chips and peanuts.
Scoop into paper liners and bake until the top of muffins springs back when pressed gently, about 25 minutes.
