Ingredients:  
4 - 5 apples. Almost any apple brand should work
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon

peel the apples and core

cube apples

place apples with water, sugar, and cinnamon in a stove top pan

cook until apples are soft

I use a potato smasher to crush apples and stir until my desired texture

Place sauce in a jar with lid place in refrigerator consume over time

I have taken several week to consume
