2 to 3 lb Canadian bacon (1 piece)
Honey Glaze:
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp pineapple juice
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in shallow baking pan, fat side up. Brush with some of the glaze. Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or a preheated gas barbecue (medium setting) for same time. Baste frequently. Bake potatoes in same oven during last hour.
