1 1/2 lb lean pork (can use half pork and half hamburg)
1 small onion
1/2 c boiling water
1 small piece garlic
1/4 or 1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp sage
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Cook meat over low heat until juice is evaporated. Cover and cook 45 min. Put into pie shells and cover with pastry. Bake in oven at 450ºF until crust is cooked. Maked 2 eight inch pies. Mashed potatoes can be added to mixture.
