8 pork chops (some excess fat removed)
Sauce: mix together in a bowl
1/2 spanish onion finely chopped
1/4 c lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange trimmed chops in single layer in ungreased electric fry pan. Pour sauce over all. Turn chops to coat them with the sauce. Simmer on low heat covered for 40 min, turning chops over once during simmering period. When serving, spoon some of the pan sauce over each chop. Suggestions: Serve with baked potatoes and green beans. These chops can also be cooked in roast pan in the oven at 275-300ºF for 40 min.
