3 lbs short ribs
1 garlic clove pressed
1 c each chili sauce, beef bouillon
1/2 c Burgundy
1/4 c butter
2 onions thinly sliced
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp each salt, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe the ribs and brown in melted butter with garlic over medium-high heat. Transfer the browned ribs to a casserole, discarding saute pan fat. Add all other ingredients to ribs and cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a 350ºF ovens or until ribs are tender.
