24 large shrimp
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 Lemon
8 -10 Peppercorns
Handful of fresh parsley leave

Add all ingredients together in 3 qt saucepan 3/4 full of water
Squeeze Lemon into pot and add Lemon peel
Once the water has reached a really good boil, take it completely off of the heat and let the boil subside. Add shrimp, put the lid on the pot and let it set for 4 to 7 minutes.

In a 3 qt saucepan, 3/4 full of water. You can add 12 shrimp and they will cook in about 4 minutes.

While the shrimp are cooking,

Fill a large bowl with cold water and a lot of ice. Take shrimp only, put them in the ice water until completely cool.

Use 21-25 count bag size shrimp .
