8 Cups of self raising flour

2 teaspoon of baking powder

2 teaspoon of salt

1 1/2 cups of water

vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine 8 cups flour, salt, baking powder, and water in a bowl and mix and then knead all until moms a smooth dough.

Put dough to relax in a covered air tight container for 1/2 an hour.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or deep fryer, roll dough into individual pieces.

Place shaped dough into the heated oil and fry fo about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Drain on absorbent paper towel.

Serve hot.
