8 Slices Bacon
1 c. Onion, chopped
¼ c. Bell Pepper, chopped
1 pt. Tomatoes
1½ c. Water
¾ c. Rice, uncooked
½ c. Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. Salt
dash of Pepper
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
½ Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp remove from pan leaving ½ of the grease in the pan. Cook the onion and pepper until tender but not browned. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Crumble the bacon over the top and garnish with parsley.
