3 cups sugar
1 cup Pet milk
1/2 stick of butter
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Caramelize 1 cup of sugar in a heavy-bottom pot. Once this is done, add 1 cup can milk and 2 cups of sugar. Cook until soft ball stage, about 236 F and use a fire that is not too high. Add 1/2 stick of butter and 1-1/2 teaspoons of vanilla. Add 3 cups of pecans. Take of fire and beat until it looks like it is going to turn. Drop on wax paper and let cool.
