Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 - 1.5 pounds ground beef (Impossible Burger)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 Tablespoon melted butter, divided
½ small onion
6 slices cheddar cheese
12 dinner rolls or Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. Season ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder then press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish (I attempted to make this in the same size and shape of the package of Hawaiian sweet buns)

3. Bake ground beef uncovered for 20-25 minutes then remove from oven and drain grease.

4. While beef is cooking, melt 1 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat then add onion. Cook, stirring often, until onions are translucent.

5. Slice rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in a clean 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the cooked beef on top of the bottom bun then add onions then cheese. Place the top buns on top of the cheese.

6. Brush the tops of the rolls with 2 Tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Bake rolls uncovered for 15 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown.

7. Slice into individual sliders.
