3 eggs, beaten
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup butter, melted
1¾ cup sifted flour
1 tsp. B.P.
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. anise

Directions:
Directions:
Add & beat ingredients in order. Drop by soup spoon full in center of hot Prizzelle Maker.
Lock and wait till cookies are light brown (15 to 20) seconds. Lift lid and remove cookies with metal knife or spatula onto a kitchen towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Immediately sprinkle powdered sugar over prizzelles using metal strainer. Cool
