1 cup self-rising cornmeal
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
½ cup cream corn
2 eggs
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Mix all ingredients. Pour the batter into a muffin pan.
