2 lbs of ground sirloin (very lean)
1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 eggs beaten
1/4-1/3 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. warm water

Directions:

In a medium bowl, lightly mix together the meat with the soup mix, eggs, catsup, bread crumbs and warm water. (Corn flakes may be added as a stretcher)

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Mom always made baked potatoes with this recipe, because she could bake them at the same time she was cooking the meatloaf. (Same oven, same cooking time). :-)
