1 package (3 oz) JELLO- Lemon
1 1/4cups boiling water
1/3 cup honey
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 envelope dream whip
2/3 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
dissolve jello in boiling water
stir in honey, lemon juice and rind, chill until slightly thickened.
prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package.
beat Jello with hand beater until fluffy, then fold in whipped topping.
spread 1/2 crumbs in bottom of 8"square pan
Spoon Jello mixture onto crumbs. Cover with remaining crumbs.
Chill for 3 hours. Cut into squares .
