1 Stick of Butter
2 Cups Shredded or Cubed Velveeta Cheese
2 Cans Mushroom Soup
2 Cans Milk
1 7 oz. package minute maid white rice
2 Packages chopped broccoli

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Combine all ingredients

Put in large grease pan or foil pan
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes
