1 small onion chopped
3 cloves garlic - minced
1 teaspoon oil
6 vegetarian sausage patties crumbled
1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
16 oz frozen vegetables
1 teaspoon thyme
¼ cup flour
2 cups milk (or non-dairy milk)
salt and pepper
tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Heat oil, cook onions & garlic
add sausage
add mushrooms, stir well, mushrooms should soften
add spices and flour
cook stirring a few minutes
add frozen veggies and then milk
Stir frequently until mixture comes to a boil.
Add more alt and pepper if needed.
Put in baking pan (8x8 or similar)
Arrange frozen tots on top.

Bake 55 minutes
