1 ¼ cups non-dairy milk
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons yeast
3 ⅓ cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons & ½ teaspoon oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast, let stand 10 minutes to get foamy.

Put yeast mixture with remaining ingredients in food processor or mixes. Mix until you get a soft dough.

Add more flour or milk as need (if not the correct consistency).

This bread dough can then be used in the baking of bread, rolls, sweet rolls etc. See those recipe directions for oven temperature and baking times.
