12 oz Salmon cut into 2" or 3" strips.
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of cayenne
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp warm water
1 1/2 apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic - minced
lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Season the salmon with the salt, pepper, and cayenne, fry in the olive oil for about 2 minutes per side, about half done.

Mix together the water, honey, vinegar and a pinch of salt.

Add garlic to cooking salmon and cook until garlic is fragrant. Add the honey mixture and cook until the salmon is done and the sauce is reduced.

Sauce will be sticky
