1/3 c Sweet Cocoa mix
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c butter or oleo
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 c sifted confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a sauce pan: Sweet Cocoa mix, Milk, & butter or oleo.
Cover over low heat until utter is melted and cocoa is dissolved, stirring constantly, about a min or more. Remove from heat ad add vanilla and 1 c of sifted confectioners sugar. Mix well and add another cup of sifter sugar. Beat well and set aside a little for right consistency to spread on cake with wavy motions. Covers 8-9" cake well.
