1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup of cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 eggs
1 cups water
1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking pwd, and salt. Add
Egg, milk, and oil.
Beat just until smooth (do not over beat).
Turn into a greased 9x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 425 degree oven
For 20-25 minutes.

Corn muffins-
Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan, filling cups ⅔ full. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
