1 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
Soften 12 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
½ teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter and press in 8X8 buttered pan. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla into softened cream cheese until creamy and pour into crust.

Bake in moderate oven 350 º about 35 minutes

Spread top with 1 cup of sour cream

Cool and chill
