1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 shallots, diced
6 cloves garlic, diced
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
1/4 c. rice wine
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In large, heavy pan, heat oil over low-medium heat until shimmery. Add shallots and garlic, stirring frequently to prevent burning.

When shallots and garlic have browned, add green beans and toss. Reduce heat, cover, and cook about 8 minutes until beans start to soften.

Deglaze pan with rice win, stir well.

Add sauces and ginger, mix.

When beans are as soft as you'd like, remove to plate.
