1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup chocolate bits or chunks

Directions:

This recipe is hand mixed only. No Mixers.

Whisk together sugar and oil. Add in eggs and vanilla. Whisk together dry ingredients, gradually add to wet ingredients. Fold in bits or chunk.

Scoop out 1" balls about 1 1/2" apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment. Bake @ 350º for 8 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
