1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tbsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter - melted
4 cups flour - 1/4 cup flour for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water - let set for 5 minutes to activate the yeast. It will look foamy.

Whisk together the flour and salt.
Add the butter and then the yeast mix into the flour mixing well.

Place in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until doubled in size.

Flour a clean surface. Punch down the dough and shape into balls. Place in greased pan 1" apart. Cover, let rise until double. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 20 -25 or golden brown,
