1/4 cub balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 tsp each, dried oregano, basil and thyme
Pinch of red pepper flakes, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Season Pork Chops with salt and pepper
Melt 2 tbsp butter, sear pork then place in preheated oven (400º) cook until the internal temperature is 160º. Remove from pan, cover with foil and rest for 15 mins, (during the sauce making)

Glaze:
Place all remaining ingredients in a saucepan, on medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour over rested pork chops.
