2 gallons water
2 cup kosher salt
1 cup sugar
3 tsp garlic - minced
fresh thyme, rosemary, sage
1 tsp cracked allspice
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp each dried sage, rosemary, and thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Boil until sugar is dissolved
Pour into a 5 gallon bucket
Add Turkey (you can put apples and oranges into cavity if desired)
Pour in ice until turkey is completely covered.
Place in a cool place to soak overnight.
