3 tbsp butter
1 medium onion - diced
1 stalk celery - diced
2 medium potatoes - diced
1 cup water
2 (16oz) can creamed corn
1 (16oz) whole kernel corn
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp each -- onion powder, basil, celery salt and black pepper
1 tbsp parsley
4 slices cooked bacon - crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, celery, and potato in the butter. Add water and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add creamed corn, corn, milk, cream and seasoning. Simmer, DO NOT LET IT BOIL, for about 30 minutes or longer.

Garnish with crumbled bacon and parsley
