200 g. Fresh spinach
2 garlic cloves - minced
1 green onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds - toasted
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach 2 or 3 times

Mix together minced garlic, green onion, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spinach and cook for 30 seconds. Drain the squeeze gently, the remaining water out. When all the water has been removed, chop the spinach just a bit.

Place spinach in bowl with seasonings, mix gently by hand. Place on plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Make sure to use the sesame oil sparingly as it is a very pungent oil and could ruin the dish
