2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup beef stock
4 cloves garlic - mince
2 lbs steak 1/8" thick
1 tsp cornstarch
4 cups snow peas
1/4 oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large ziplock bag combine soy, stock and garlic. Reserve 1/4 cup, Place the steak strips in and seal. Massage the bag so all the steak is covered. Refrigerate for at least an hour,
.
Whisk cornstarch with reserved soy.

In a large saucepan heat the oil, add the snap peas and cook until bright green. Remove from pan and set aside.

Drain beef and discard marinade. In the same skillet as the peas were cooked add the beef. Fry for 2 minutes or so until beef is browned. Stir in cornstarch slurry and add the peas. Cook for 5 minutes.
