1 medium cabbage
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
2 cups vegetable stock
salt and pepper to taste
caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the core. cut into 3" slices. Heat oil in the pan until slightly browned. Add sugar until it dissolves. Add the cabbage, stir and then add the broth. Season with salt and caraway seeds. Cover, simmer 40-50 minutes.

** Watch closely as to not overcook the cabbage.**
