1. 2 tbsp butter
2. 3 tbsp sugar
3. 3 eggs
4. 2 cups flour
5. 2 tsp baking powder
6. 3 tbsp milk

Cinnamon sugar to coat

Directions:
Directions:
Using mixer - mix all ingredients in the order listed. Combine until it forms a dough Roll out 3/8" thick. You may need to add a touch of flour to keep from sticking. Cut into 1"x3" strips.

Halfway from one end cut a 1" long slit, Take the long end and pull through the hole you just slit. It will make a curled shape.

Deep fry in 300º oil until golden brown. Shake in cinnamon sugar.
